First, a quick call with the hiring manager or so-called , just to go over experience and interests. At the end of the call I was told they d like to move forward with next step which consist of a technical assignment .
The challenge was interesting, and was given 5 days to return it,
I took this challenge seriously and as a way to improve my skills in real scenario and tried to deliver a complete yet not perfect solution, including research, documentation and opinions.
However few days after I submitted my assignment, I received a generic message that I was not selected.
Nothing else. Usually, a good company and a good recruiter would follow up with the opportunity to explain your assignment.
Or at least provide some feedback .
This is the least they should have done considering applicants spend times and efforts in that.
This felt disrespectful from this company and I m not sad to not be working there after all.

Recently interviewed at Remarcable for a Senior Marketing Manager position. Had 4 interviews and for the final step, I was asked to build a presentation that would be presented to a panel of interviewers. Several days later, I received a generic rejection email and sent an email requesting specific feedback as to how I can improve for future interviews, but did not hear back.
Extremely disappointing that the company did not follow-up with any feedback, as I spent multiple weeks building out and prepping for the panel presentation.

How do you balance feedback from stakeholders and the sales team?
Easy questions just about you. Nothing asked was too difficult and it was a pretty lax environment. No knowledge questions about the job. There are a couple of questions about past employment.
