This was for a 6 month contract role. You have a recruiter screen, then a 1:1 meeting with the hiring manager, panel portfolio review, then offer stage. Recruiters are great, hiring manager 1:1 was relatively chill, but the panel portfolio review is spicy. Before I went in, I was told 80% of candidates are knocked out at the panel stage - and I can see why. On the invite it said that there would be two panel members, but when I showed up 8 people ended up attending and asking questions during the presentation. It's quite the pressure test of your work, so come prepared! Overall nice people, but it became clear midway through my presentation my experience wasn't a match with what they were looking for but they handled it very well. I didn't make it to the offer stage.
