Interview revolves around what you've learned and how that could help you and the company grow. They look at how you approach difficult situations. Overall it helped me realize my own potential.
The very first round of interview was with the hiring manager directly. Additionally, there was a team-fit evaluation with a quick interview with some team members. Final round was with the CEO.

Entrevista
I was initially interviewed by the Chief of Staff followed by the Cofounder around two weeks later. The first stage was around my experience and a few competency-based questions. The second round was a discussion with the Co-founder. Unfortunately, despite emailing for feedback, this request was ignored which is a real shame. I am aware the position has been filled only because I have seen the new hire on Linkedin. My time has not been valued which is not a good enough standard in a time where candidate experience should be a priority.
