The process was pretty straightforward. After I applied, a recruiter reviewed my resume and reached out via email to schedule an initial interview. Once I passed that stage, I was introduced directly to the client for a second interview. What I appreciated was that the recruiters took the time to understand both my background and what the client was looking for before setting up interviews. That made the conversations much more productive since there was already a strong alignment between my experience and the role.
