Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela René Rofé em fev. de 2019
Entrevista
Overall informative and pleasant experience. Role and responsibilities were explained clearly and in detail. Interviewer was open and pleasant to talk to. Was given information reg benefits and salary. Had a clear understanding of the accounts I would work for.
Interview was quick maybe 30 min and not too challenging. We reviewed basic information like expectations, hours, pay etc. Comparable to any licensing company with serious tones and competitive pricing.

I don’t know it wasn’t really a question based interview it was just a discussion about experience.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela René Rofé (New York, NY) em out. de 2017
Entrevista
I was brought in by a recruiter for this position. The first interview was a normal interview and was actually nice and respectful because they took in account that I was on my lunch break. Basic questions about my experience and what they were looking for. I was then requested to come in to do a test. All communication was being done through the recruiter, so I am not sure if the disconnect was with her or them. However, within week before the test interview I got emails daily asking me questions about my experience again. Also requesting to bring my portfolio again with requesting very specific items to be in it. The questions started to get prying and I began to question them. I was reassured that it was just to review my work again. They wanted me to come in for a full day for a test. I refused to do that, as that is not a normal request in an interview process. I offered 2 hours, but I should have just walked away.
When the test day came it was again brought up about me staying the day. For the test they had me fit 3 samples, make corrections, measure, grade, and make all comments. While I was doing this the manager took my portfolio and began looking at it. I had my eye on her, or else I wouldn't have allowed my portfolio to leave my sight. She came back with questions about things that were not related to my job. I knew the answer about why a previous company did something a certain why, but I wouldn't tell her. The whole day wasn't about my work, but to gain insight in their competitors.
I left as soon as I could taking my portfolio off the mangers desk. Making sure to leave them with as little information as possible. Emailed the recruiter about the situation and how unethical it was and said I do not want work for a company like that. Oh... also I realized what they were doing so I nicely changed info in my portfolio to throw them off. ;)
