I have done with 3 technical rounds 1 HR round & successfully cleared all the rounds and even they took all my documents for releasing offer letter after one month they had intimated me projects are in pipeline and currently there are no projects available. Worst management I have ever seen.

1. Telephonic 2. F2F 3.Manager round you have to be strong in the technical and should have hands on experience in the vast areas. you should have good communication skill Japanese language is added advantage
