I applied through the job portal and got a call for the interview at Renault Nissan. When I reached the venue, a girl asked me for my resume while she was on a call. After 2 minutes she asked for another copy of resume because she misplaced the one I handed over to her. They had called around 200 people that day for different domains. We waited for around 3 hours and I was called for a written test. The test was for 10 minutes with around 12 questions including 2 or 3 coding questions. The time was very less for the test but obviously they could not give more than that as they were running out of time because of the bad management. After again 30 minutes, I was called for second round. The girl outside said that this will be a Managerial round but when I went inside, it was Technical and HR round both. My technical interview went fine but the HR said I was expecting too much hike. No company gives more than 5%. and I thought, had I wanted only 5% hike, I would not have thought for switching. I would have got way more than that if I stay in the same company.
