They had 4 rounds of interview. First was screening by the recruiter, then I met the COO. It was followed by interview with two product leads and finally the CEO. The COO and the product leads were really friendly and the interviews went well.
To my surprise, after giving 3 rounds of interviews, the CEO wasn't aware about me. And the first question which I got was "What is this meeting about & who are you ?". He wasn't prepared to conduct the interview & it was an unstructured conversation.

Entrevista
I was given a take-home assignment where I reskinned a model in blender and then placed a sun object and rendered the model. I did this and submitted my working assignment a day before it was due.
I waited over a week for a response. This response was my recruiter texting me at 3am telling me I didn't get the job a week later.
The people at Rendered.ai gave me zero feedback on my submission and effectively wasted half of my week. This is super disrespectful of candidate time and shows this company doesn't care about wasting people's time and then ghosting them.
