Question 1: They will show you a schematic of a bunch of NAND gate put together as CMOS and ask what is the logical function of this circuit
Question 2: FInite state machine you should describe state and predict state base on input
Question 3: Recognizing the operating region of MOSFET: linear, pinch-off, saturation region
Also you have to introduce yourself in English
