I was first interviewed by the husband to talk about the generalities of the company - policies, processes, pay, etc. Then I had to come in and give a facial to one of their estheticians, who critiqued my work. Thirdly, I had to give another facial to the wife - the other owner. After giving her a facial, I then interviewed with her, and then her husband talked to me about the hours available and the pay rate they would offer me.
