As the first step, I received an email from recruiter to schedule a phone screening. She explained about the company and benefits and their expectation towards this position. As next step, I had a technical screening with hiring manager. That went well too. After that they just disappeared. This is not only disappointing but highly irresponsible as well because she never responded to my emails. After a month, recruiter sends me an email stating the position was put on hold and will open at the end of the year and we ll resume your candidature from there on. I am glad I didn't waste my time on waiting for this company.
