applied on linkedin, phone interview with the recruiter then interview with hiring manager & VP of department via video conference and then met with a coworker at the location I would be working at for my final interview.

Entrevista
I was contacted via email to choose a time to discuss the role with the recruiter. I was then forwarded to the Vice President of Government Affairs for an interview via Zoom. It was a hard half-hour appointment and Olivia was a bit late. After the discussion with Olivia, I was contacted by the recruiter indicating they’d like to bring me onsite for another interview with the team. I responded with my respective availability and waited for a confirmation. I was heading out-of-town and was a bit pressed in terms of my scheduled so I prompted the recruiter after a few days. It was then she told me that they didn’t want me to come to an on-site after all and that Olivia had chosen to go in a different direction. I completely understand changing direction and wanting another candidate, but their lack of organization and poor communication speaks volumes.

Entrevista
You’ll be called on by recruiter and if you get the interview via zoom; you’ll think everything’s great. Area mgr will be so nice and complimentary. Then you never hear from them again despite emailing each person a thank you and being told youre being moved forward to next interview phase. Crickets. No responses. Bad treatment of people speaks volumes! If this is how you treat applicants; I cannot even begin to imagine how you’d treat employees & clients. It was terrible behavior and disrespectful. It doesn’t take but a minute to write “ thank you for your interest but we have decided to move forward ....” bad practices and judging by other reviews —-I’m not the first! And won’t be the last.
