There were two interviews before I received an offer, and it took about 2-3 months between my application and offer dates. My first interview was over the phone with the recruiter and lasted about 20 minutes. The second was with my prospective team Microsoft Teams and lasted about an hour.

Phone screening with a HR recruiter, virtual interview (about two hours) in three parts. Employees of renewable energy group rotated in during the interview, so I was asked questions by people in several different job roles.
