Entrevista
The interview is a two-step process. The first step was very generic (typical resume questions and a personality assessment). If they like you, they'll ask you to come in again and sign employment paperwork. I don't think they do a through background check as they seem to hire anyone with a pulse.
Their online job description ads are extremely deceiving with the job title as "appointment setter." I assumed it was an office position until it was revealed during in the interview.
They will sell you the dream to make "big" money from bonuses, but do NOT expect it to be as easy as they portray it to be.
Since they enjoy hiring droves of people, they also won't mention how high the turn-over rate is. The people you see at work today may not be ones you'll see next week.

Sweet and to the point. Spoke with them about my goals and outlined what the job would be. Felt like there were enough steps but not too many either. Seems like the team and company are growing a lot.

Entrevista
Pretty easy. They'll bring you in as a canvasser unless you say really offensive things. The job sucks though, that's why it was such an easy interview. They have a lot of buzzwords on their requirements like "interested in marketing, psychology, leadership, story-teller etc." but really they just want door-to-door sales, and they'll pretty much take everyone because people quit on a weekly basis.

Entrevista
One of the best interviews is have ever experienced. Informative and relaxed. Very honest and professional. Everything they offered was more then I expected and 100% true. I was offered a better position that day and more$. 1 month later We were all given a $1 raise.
