There was an online questionaire followed by an in-person interview with the store Manager. Questions were basic. Asked how I address a number of social situations relating to work ethic, problems with a coworker, etc. All common sense.

The interview was unprofessional and was in the main lobby of the store. There were multiple interruptions from customers. Both the manager and possible assistant (no formal title mentioned) admitted the job responsibilities were not outlined correctly on the listing and ended the interview abruptly when pay for the position was mentioned by me.
