Entrevista
A phone screen, hiring manager interview, interview with design, product sense then interview with CTO and CEO. All was pretty straightforward but the CEO is a bit … says things like “you can always build faster without making trade offs.” He also seems to have no trust in his team. Good luck!

I was reached out to on LinkedIn from an in house recruiter. At first I was hesitant to get on the phone since I had not heard of the company, but I am so glad I did. She was the best representation of the company I could have asked for. She was kind, honest, joked around with me and was genuinely interested in what I had to say. By the end of the call, I felt like we had known one another for years. While what we were looking for ultimately did not align, I will recommend anyone to Rentable if the rest of the culture and company is like her. It was the best interview I had in a long time. Stellar recruitment efforts.
