The interview comprised of three stages firstly there was a telephone interview, this was followed by a 1st stage interview and finally a morning out on the job followed by a 2nd stage interview. The telephone interview lasted for about 30 minutes I was asked what I knew about Rentokil and the graduate scheme and after this the questions were more focused around my CV. For the first stage interview I met with the manager of the branch I had applied. This comprised of first taking several short tests that totalled together about 30 minutes, these tested my numeracy, logic and writing skills. This was then followed by an interview where the job was explained in more detail. Finally the last stage of the interview involved going out with one of the Pest Control Technicians in the morning, this allowed me to see what the job would involve day to day as well as ask any questions I had about the job. This was followed by a second stage interview, again I was asked what I knew about Rentokil as well as the grad scheme and then delved into questions surrounding what I had learnt that morning.

Quite lengthy overall due to some issues but never felt like I was being kept in the dark. 4 stages including a field day that was very useful, the others being an initial phone interview then 2 video calls before and after the field day. Callum and Jess assisted me throughout the process and were both very helpful and kind.
