Very open converstation with an relaxed atmosphere. Questions were standard (experience, handling of stress, what do you do if production disagrees etc). During the second meeting, I got to know members auf the team. Here team lead and HR left the call, so we could talk openly.

War ein sehr gutes Gespräch. Die Teilnehmenden haben eine offene Atmosphäre geschaffen. Die Fragen waren angemessen. Im zweiten Termin konnte ich das Team ohne FK kennenlernen und dadurch auch sehr offene Fragen stellen.
