The Rentvine interviewer (Chris, the CMO) promptly reached out to me to set a video call up for the interview. It was about a 30 minute interview with the CMO asking me a few questions about my professional background but also added in some tertiary questions. It ended with him saying he wanted me to come to the office in Estero and meet the other team members some time in the next week. That sounded like a second interview to me, so I waited to hear back from him for a few days then sent an email to follow up on his request. Nothing for a week. Then after that week I sent a second follow up to see if he still wanted me to come in and meet with the team. He replied that he'd been gone on business but would get back to me in a couple of days when he knew his schedule more. Nothing. I've never experienced an interviewer, much less a CMO, ghosting me like that. I'm very thankful that I did not get an official offer to work under a person who lacked the courtesy to inform me of his change of tack. I checked their website and the job listing was gone, so they must have gone with another candidate. Good luck to that individual!
