Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Reonic (Berlim) em out. de 2025

The interview process was thoughtfully structured and consisted of several stages — starting with an initial recruiter conversation, followed by two interview calls (including one with a co-founder), a technical take-home assignment, and finally, an in-office round where I had the chance to meet the wider team and experience the culture and product firsthand.
Each stage of the process was impressively smooth, transparent, and highly professional. The recruitment team deserves real kudos for their responsiveness, organization, and the genuine effort they put into making the experience both engaging and human.

TLDR: They didn't respond after sending the hometask. reopened the position on LinkedIn, and stopped answering emails.
Had a call with the HR person, the conversation was really pleasing and I got interested in joining the company. After that, it was time to chat with one of the developers who works there. We didn't get into any technical questions, but we did talk about my job experience. After that, it was time to do a homework task. The test was really interesting, but it was a little confusing because it relied too much on specific industry knowledge. I sent an email with questions, but didn't get a reply. Unfortunately, after sending the solution, there was no more contact from the company, neither a positive nor a negative feedback. A few days later the position was open again on LinkedIn, and they didn't answer any follow-up email.
