The interview process comes with 4 rounds: a 1st virtual interview with an HR personnel; a 2nd virtual interview with the team lead; a 3rd in-person interview with another team lead plus the language comprehension test; and the last round of virtual interview with the regional head and another HR personnel. The overall interview experience was simple and relaxed. All interviewers were friendly and asked mostly situational questions about your work style/preferences. Quick responses and all were willing to explain their expectations and the working environment.

I initially applied for the Junior Research Analyst position but was not hired as they proceeded with another candidate. However, they recommended that I apply for the Research Analyst position. I went through a total of 3 interviews. The first was an online interview with HR and a team leader which dealt mostly with situational questions, gauging how you would go about specific situations in the workplace, and as well as introducing the company and explaining the current work set-up. The second interview was onsite and was followed by an exam that was to be completed in a specific timeframe. The exam was a glimpse into what the job would entail. This second interview was with the team leader I would have been assigned to for the junior position. It dealt with how my skills and knowledge might align with the role and its responsibilities. The last interview was similar to the second interview but I was instead interviewed by a different team leader since it was a different position.
