I was contacted through LinkedIn by the CEO. They were very accommodating to my schedule, and even offered to interview me at 6pm. It wasn't too much of an inconvenience for them, since everyone there seems to work very long hours anyways. I was interviewed by about 5 people, including the CEO & CTO.
