Had two interviews - first with HR. Second with hiring manager and VP though VP did not show. Easy interview with the hiring manager and he was open to my non traditional experience

I was contacted and had an initial discussion with the HR person. This was followed by a 30 minute interview with the Director and VP (but she was a no show).
