Applied on-line and received a phone interview 2 weeks later. Questions were geared toward my current and previous employers. "What previous experience makes you a candidate for this position?" etc... I was informed my resume would be passed on to a manager and if I didn't hear anything in 2-3 weeks to call and follow up. 3 days later I received another call informing me they would like me to come in for a face to face interview. (No I did not have to pay for the flight or limo ride) Interview was about 45min with a manager and HR recruiter. Intro about the company and position were first. Interview questions pertained to previous experience and how it made me a candidate for the position. The interview was relaxed and somewhat informal. I felt very comfortable the whole time. After everything was said and done I was informed I will hear back within 2-3 weeks for a second interview with more manager and upper management. Again, I was told if I did not hear anything in that time to call and follow up. Its been 2 days since the interview so I don't have any more information.
