Entrevista
The interview process was very streamlined and professional. Once you were selected from the various applicants, you would get a phone screening to verify flight time and a few other questions. After that step, you will be selected to be flown out to their facility in Indianapolis for an in person interview. Once there, you will be given a tour of the facility, have time to ask questions to several of the pilots, and get an overall summary of the company which was very helpful! You will then be called back to do the interview with a representative from HR and a Pilot. There was a combination of HR and technical questions, however, everyone was incredibly professional and kind! It helped for a relaxed environment and a great overall experience.

Felt very welcomed. Campus is beautiful. Flew in the night before and stayed in their hotel. Breakfast provided. Tour of the property followed by a presentation and a Q&A with pilots. Interviews followed that.

Everyone was very nice and the interview process was simple. The atmosphere was very friendly and it felt like they wanted me to be there. Everything felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Entrevista
The interview process with Republic Airways was an incredibly positive and well-organized experience from start to finish. They flew me in the day before and provided accommodations at their Brickyard hotel, which had an awesome vibe—getting to connect with other pilots in a relaxed setting made it a really enjoyable start.
The next morning included breakfast, followed by a tour of their impressive training facility. It was clear how much they invest in their operation and their people. One of the highlights was the opportunity to have a pilot-only conversation with current line pilots, which gave a genuine and transparent look into the day-to-day experience at Republic.
The formal interview was straightforward and professional, and the entire process felt welcoming and well thought out. After everything wrapped up, they coordinated a smooth shuttle back to the airport for the trip home.
Overall, it was a fun, engaging, and very positive experience that left a great impression of the company and its culture.
