They contacted me and asked me to apply and then come in for an interview. I show up and they asked me about 12 questions, didnt really seem interested in me at all. They said the company was great to work for but they were short staffed. Didnt ask any technical questions about my abilities, just if I had any experience with certain systems. They did not really sell me on the job and left a lot of questions to be answered. They called me a couple hours later and offered me the job. Kind of concerning if you ask me. I have not made a decision yet.

First interview was by phone just to see if you meet the requirements. And the second interview was in person with lead tech and maintenance supervisor wasn’t tough questions you have a big work load everyday so you definitely will make a lot of overtime

Interview was casual and informal the hiring process was organized and efficient the job was not the recruiter and the handler did most of the paperwork on line and the interview with HR was hardly about the position I was seeking
