I filled out the application online. And then I was contacted for a phone interview by a recruiter. After that I received an email detailing my interview time and location and who I was meeting. I got to the interview and was met by Victoria and Ash. We had a 30 minute discussion regarding my previous work history, employment gap‘s and questions regarding my experience. Then I took a tour and sat with a call agent to see what the job would be like. then I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours to know whether I got the job or not. Right at the 48 hour mark I received an email that I was not being considered for the position anymore. I honestly was dumbfounded I have no idea what went wrong that I did not get the position. I felt like everything went great and I was a great candidate for attendance which they said was a big issue with this department. Also having five years of customer service experience and raving reviews from previous employers I thought for sure I was a shoe in but I was not offered the position.

I had a phone interview with one recruiter and then a few days later i had an onsite interview. The recruiters were very nice and informative and look forward to the onsite interview to tell more.
