Submitted resume and cover letter as requested by an agency. Within 2 days, I received phone call to come in and interview. Skipping the phone interview or screening raised a flag. Following through on the offer to interview, I learned that the company was in restructuring mode initiated by a merger with another waste management company. Roles were redefined as also were salaries. The position that I interviewed for was to replace an long time employee who was not subcoming to the rebanding of the salary post merger. Not necessarily a good position to walk into.

2 interview. One was with HR and division manager and second was with GM and controller. Overall easy interview process compare to other companies. Behavioral questions and some task related questions.
