I had a phone conversation where I was asked questions such as my closing ratio and what I enjoyed about being a leasing agent. I was also asked what I feel and think I can improve on as a leasing consultant. Salary expectations were not asked until my phone screening the following day. Now is when I am waiting and looking forward in meeting and having an interview.

Phone interviewer asked basic, questions and explained that the process included 3 interviews. For a company urgently hiring, and a low-level/low-paying position, I felt this was excessive. Standard interview questions, and was told the in-person interview goes in depth with previous work history.
