Initial screening interview via telephone. First in-person interview at the RA office later that week, with Director & VP of the department. Met separately for about 30 minutes each. Second in-person interview one week later, met with Comms team, one executive, and one C-suite, as well as meeting with the Director & VP again, all about 30 minutes each. There was a writing test at the second interview which involved crafting a donation thank you letter, writing an email response to a dissatisfied sponsor, and copyediting a 1-2 paragraph excerpt.
