The interview process was great. There is a hiring person that keeps you up to date and is very responsive with any questions you may have. 1 screening call and then 3 interviews over zoom. 1 of them was task orientated. Questions centred around your principles and working style as opposed to work related tasks to make sure you're a cultural fit. Staff are fantastic, super friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much. Culture is great, particularly for the size of the company. They truly care about wellbeing.
