after playing phone tag for a few days i was finally able to get a one on one interview with the department manager. the interview was really simple and only took about 15 minutes. 10 of witch were filling out paperwork. I think I was hired over the phone but had to go through the formalities of the actual person to person interview. overall a very pleasant and quick interview process.
