After applying online, I spoke with the hiring agency on the phone. Then, I traveled to NYC from out of state at my expense on two separate occasions for in-person interviews with owners and management. Both seemed to go well in my opinion, but I never heard an answer either way. I checked in every few weeks for a few months which were answered with, "still interviewing, we will get back to you," then eventually my emails went unanswered altogether. Disappointing.
