I was taken into a private meeting room with the office manager and senior consultant. The interview process was very open, friendly and conversational. Essentially the exact opposite of the interview stereotype of an intense grilling. Compared with an interview I'd been to earlier that day with Randstad, I was shocked at the cultural difference between the two companies. I felt completely relaxed throughout the interview, and by the time it had come to a close I was certain that this was the company I wanted to start my recruitment career with.
