Was contacted by a recruiter from Minnesota. Had a great 20 min interview I thought. Was told a gm from LA really liked my resume. He then called me to setup an interview. Later in the day we talked, asked me to come by to tour his plant. He stated I was his guy. Then, never called me back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

So you get called on by a recruiter from the company. Then after a feel out process they set you up with a face to face with a GM at the branch. After which you're supposed to get feedback or a decision which never occurs. Not good.
