Nice process of recruiting volunteer during interview session since we were given an introduction about the project as well as the organization profile,then we were divided intro groups containing two people and then we were given two questions to discuss for 10 minutes and then we were required to present in front of them for five minutes

9 potential volunteers including myself attended and our first task was to read a brief and come up with an event to raise money in a particular country this was a 45-minute task and we had 'updates' which meant we had to be flexible as we made our plans then present them back to the assessors with posters and reasonings behind our ideas. After this, we then continued to the paired task where we were given 2 briefs explaining details of conflicts and problems that had been encountered and asked to discuss in our pairs. We then had 1-1 interviews which were very informal. Lastly, we had our ID's checked and was asked if we did have a preference for what programme we wanted to join. Overall a really nice process which did not feel competitive!

Entrevista
Selection Day involved a 45 minute interview, one group task and a paired task. The one to one interview was very informal and asked many questions regarding motivations for volunteering. The group tasks involved working within a team to build a bridge out of newspaper tested by adding weights. The paired task involved case analysis of real volunteer problems.
