Entrevista
Structured in this way:
- A chat with a recruiter to see if you understood the role, not really screening;
- First screening interview with 2 people from the team about SRE practices;
- coding interview with the backend team;
System Design Interview with Backend Team
- Chat with the hiring manager and another manager.
The overall experience was good until the hiring manager interview. After that, the recruiter sent me a couple of emails to arrange a meeting to discuss the results. Although my availability, she never set up the meeting because, from my understanding, she was waiting for the manager's feedback. At that point, I understood I didn't make it and I asked for written feedback at least, but after three weeks, still nothing.
After all the effort I put in (5 interviews), a response and feedback would have been appreciated.

Hands down, the worst recruitment process I have encountered as a professional. By the end of the first interview, the recruiter informed me I would hear back in 12h about whether the conversation would progress. In the end, 4 days later and after several unanswered follow-up emails, I was invited to a second round in the following week. To my surprise, they cancelled the second interview with a 4-hour notice with a generic message without providing feedback nor an apology. Such an appalling way to treat candidates.

Literally the worst hiring process I've been through!
Bad hiring process and hiring managers. They don't reply to emails, they make you wait forever, and they don't know what they want or talking about.
I passed 2 rounds of interviews and got the home assessement, I spent 2 days working on it and it is solid (given I have experience in IoT with 16 years of experience in the field), I sent it to them, I wait for a month to get the denial automated email response.
I didn't even know if they reviewed it and did not get a chance to present the work or understand their feedback as to why it is not suitable.
I had the same experience 2 years ago when I applied for the same position with the same take-away assessement.
