I was connected via a recruiter who told me about the position. Initially had a short meeting with the hiring manager and then was given a written test that took me about 2 hours to complete. Most questions were very reasonable, trying to understand your analytical thinking into solving problems. They didn't care too much about exact syntax, pseudo code is fine as long as your path is clear. After test I met with hiring manager again and a couple of days later with the CEO. What I did like about their method, questions are realistic and don't require you to be a professor. Some knowledge and common sense and you will do just fine.
