Entrevista
First had a phone screen with the recruiter, then a phone call with the hiring manager, a video call with a couple team members and a SQL challenge as my final step.
The interview process was fine, but I have to say I was very disappointed with the lowball offer. I made more at my previous company, when I had less experience and was in a role that did not ask for any technical skills (unlike this one). Moreover, I had a more lucrative competing offer (better salary and stock options). Yet, they did not negotiate to see what they could do to bridge that gap. The team seemed great and the tech seems exciting. However, candidates will only be willing to bend so far to come work for you.
