I started interviewing in October and did my final interview at the beginning of December. I felt good about the company and the position to the point where I turned down other job offers. My final interview was with the Vice President, who said they would let me know by that Friday. However I never received any feedback or response even after sending them a follow-up letter. I think if you have potential employers interviewing for months at a time have the courtesy to let them know that you have moved on in the hiring process. Everyone was kind just the amount of time was too much.
