Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Rev em nov. de 2016

There is no actual interview. Instead, you complete three tests online: Grammar, essay, and transcription test. You must allow 1-2 hours for this process as it does take time.
The hardest part is the transcription test. Unless you have experience transcribing conversations with multiple speakers, I would not recommend applying for work. Their provided style guide did not give clear enough instructions on how to divide out the speaker entries when they talk over each other. The only reference to this is how to handle sections where multiple people talk and you can't understand the content.
I was turned down very quickly, but they did not provide a specific reason. Instead, they list the three most common errors. They also state only 12% of applicants are approved. It would have been nice if they mentioned this PRIOR to the application process, but then, they probably know hardly anyone would apply with those odds.

Essay question: What is your home town? What is there to see there? What restaurants are in the area?
It was easy. Just a short audio file. and also a grammar test. Mostly choice answers. You'll wait for the results , some times it takes just a short period of time.

Easy process to get in as long as you trust your dialect and no human interaction at all. All you do is to pass the Transcription part and English MCQ.
You need to pass a toting test and submit a sample of your work to assess your writing and language proficiency skills. Then once you pass, if you are accepted, you will be able to get trained and have your work graded and paid for.
