Entrevista
HR gave me a call after reading my resume over. The conversation was about 10 minutes, and she wanted to know about my background, years of experience and what I was looking for pay wise. I think she gave a good overview of the position and the company by giving details of what the position would be like and the environment they create. Overall I felt comfortable scheduling an interview to come in, which she says they typically do one day in advance. Upon arrival to the interview, I walked into an enclosed building with an open courtyard filled with huge trees, which was really nice and calming. They had me take two tests before the interview, one that asked math and English questions and then another that was T/F questions on my personality. I guess I did well enough on those to get into the interview. I met three ladies, one I believe was the HR rep from the phone interview and the other two were managers from the department. They asked the standard questions about my background and then went over their history and building layout. They discussed collection techniques and how to talk to patients. I had an opportunity to ask questions throughout the interview which was nice and felt that it was laid back. Overall I thought the interview went well. Unfortunately I didn't secure the job, but the HR rep emailed me about a day later letting me know it was due to my testing and some questions during the interview. I was bummed out by it but that's life I guess.

I had to be buzzed in the outside gate into the office. I was then greeted by a wonderful woman in the front reception area. She asked for my ID and gave me a visitors badge. I then had to fill out a paper for background credit check. I was asked to sit in a conference room. Meera greeted me so gracefully and had me take an assessment on a computer in the conference room. She told me to let reception know when I was done and she left. I believe it was 55 questions and you are given 15 minutes but you don’t have to finish all questions. I let reception know when I was done and Meera came back and took me out and into another conference room in another building. There I waited for Tia. Tia came in as amazing as Meera did. We had an amazing interview it was more of a conversation than a grilling interview. She is very open and honest and just a breath of fresh air. I am currently waiting for a call back to see if I got the job!
