Entrevista
1st Round: 30 minute interview with HR over the phone.
2nd Round: In person, following a tour of the office; 3 back to back 30 minute interviews with the Hiring Manager, the Hiring Manager's Manager and another Product Category Merchant peer.
Then the Hiring Manager asked that I complete a retail math pop quiz comprised over several word problems. I had no problem with taking the quiz but 10 minutes in, the Hiring Manager took it away from me, told me that he didn't know what the answers to the questions were and escorted me out. This was a massive red flag for me personally.
Other than that it was actually a pleasant interview experience and the conversations were productive and engaging.
I withdrew my application after the quiz debacle. Upon notifying HR of my withdrawal, they did not inquire as to why which was a small red flag.

How would you handle a late delivery on a product we were really depending on (i.e. it was to be featured in an e-mail and marketing materials for Black Friday)?

They make it fun and easy to work with. The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.
It went fairly quickly. The interviewer was very professional and nice. They used pretty generic interview questions. Felt a bit impersonal but was able to get a second interview, I ended up declining the offer
