The whole process lasted over 7 weeks. Started off with a recorded personality/IQ test. Then I had an interview with the recruiter, hiring manager, two other hiring managers, a technical assessment and one final chief officer. The recruiter provided positive feedback every single step and even told me they would have potential good news for me after the last round. A week went by and the recruiter emailed me they decided on someone else due to "timing and fit". This explanation was vague, rude and unjustly considering the 7 weeks spent on the interview process. I would never recommend interviewing or working for this company based on my negative experience.

Tell me about your most proud accomplishment. Tell me about a time you had to win over a group or gain consensus after push back.

Bottom of the barrel "interviewing" process. The first touch point was an email from the recruiter to take a CCAT exam for a marketing role. They make sure to let you know that even the CEO took it, unlikely story.
It was difficult to get the exam even sent over, had to DM the recruiter on LinkedIn just to receive it, this should have been a red flag.
Took the CCAT test which consisted of random math problems, figuring out shapes and fill in the blanks. Then you get to take a generic personality test that asks silly questions like "Would you say your shy" and answer with the strongly agree, agree, neutral, etc.
Received a canned rejection email from them about 4 days letter.
Overall a really insane, silly and lazy way to ween out candidates. I see why the Glassdoor review has 70% negative experiences for candidates.

The process is longer than most. Typical HR review and discussion, followed by the applicable manager interview, then a series of timed cognitive and personality assessments from Criteria, which take about 45 minutes, and for which you really should practice for a couple hours at least. If you make it past that, another HR interview, then another interview with your manager and 1-3 others, depending on level of the role.
