I was contacted by Revation through LinkedIn. After I expressed interest, we spoke on the phone briefly, covering what was on my résumé, and they promised to get back to me. A little while later they wrote to let me know my C++ knowledge wasn't sufficient, despite the fact that they'd made no attempt to assess that knowledge! It seems they had no real interest in me and wasted my time.

Entrevista
The first round was an HR phone pre-screening. The second round was a video call with the Team Lead. There is sometimes a third round, but I did not go through it. I received the offer the same day as the interview and accepted immediately. Started working one week after the acceptance letter was signed.

8. Tell me about a technical project you worked on before. Did you enjoy the technical or the management aspect more?
9. What are the three top qualities your previous colleagues would use to describe you?
Very unprofessional way of conducting interviews. The CFO reached out to me for a phone interview, and he ended up being a no-show. When I sent a follow-up message to him afterwards, he ghosted me.
