At first you apply at company's website. A recruiter will give you a call and collect basic information about you and your skills. After the discussion with its Manager, the recruiter will set the date for technical interview mostly via skype. After the technical interview, you will be accessed on how you performed. If accepted, the recruiter will give you a call and discuss next step in the process.
