10 Weeks unpaid training -> 10 Weeks of minimal wage training based on state -> $45,000 job, if you're lucky. They offered to placed me, a person with 9 YOE in professional coding / app development, into unpaid training because I skipped some of their esoteric questions on their technicals, and thus didn't get a perfect score. It's hilarious.
