Talked with the recruiting manager on the phone twice before I came up for the interview in person. Interviewed with 3 people for a little over an hour. Was very in-depth and they asked me about every point on my resume. It was definitely more conversational than just firing questions at you, and all of them really listened to my answers. They had tons of notes by the end of it.

First a phone interview then a in person 4 person interview. Upon reflection i'm relatively certain it was a fake interview. Meaning they already had someone picked out before I walked through the door. During the phone interview I was told I had the most experience then any other applicant and I honestly don't think I could've performed better during the in person interview. From the start the interviewers all seemed like they didn't want to be there. Barely any eye contact during the 30 minute process. Plus there seemed to be some confusion on the position I was interviewing for.
