Entrevista
Had a recruiter reach out to me about this position and did a quick phone screen with her then had an onsite. They have you fill out a long packet with prior work history (bosses names, salary, contact information, duties etc.) when you arrive before the 1st and only in person interview gets started. From there, met with 3 senior members in the sales organization for 30min each.
1st interview - ended up being about 15min instead of 30 as they wanted you to complete the packet before (which would have been fine if they mentioned to show up extra early to complete). This was the best person I met with though as he wanted to truly understand my strengths and gave a brief background of his experience at the company.
2nd interview - did not really care about any accomplishments past, just wanted to know how many dials I could make daily. Was spending the majority of the time trying to poke holes in my resume... Not quite sure if he understood interviewing is a two way street.
3rd interview - this guy took 2 phone calls during the interview and was on the phone for over half the time as I just sat there. Was going to stand up and leave due to how disrespectful and unprofessional this was but finished the interview process as I liked the recruiter who referred me to them.
Overall - this company / job / culture wasn't for me but could be a great fit for someone else.

The interview process is fairly easy. They want to know about your prospecting experience and sales performance. If you make it through the in person interview, I recommend exploring other options before accepting the job.

Entrevista
Very smooth and energetic. The manager had a great way of explaining what they do exactly and how they function and work with their clients. He took the time to understand me as a sales man and person to see how the job will fit me or not .
