Entrevista
Six stages in total, starting with a hiring manager interview, followed by a take-home assignment, a panel presentation, and a series of conversations with senior leadership, including the VP of Growth and the CEO. The whole process was genuinely enjoyable. Everyone I spoke with was thoughtful, engaged, and clearly invested in finding the right fit. A special shoutout to the recruiter and coordinator who kept everything running smoothly across multiple time zones. The process moved quickly, scheduling was seamless, and the transparent communication throughout made a real difference.

Each conversation had a different angle, but the questions consistently focused on real experiences: how you've handled challenges, how you approach creative problem-solving, and how you work with other teams.
Waited 4 months to get an interview invitation, then during the first interview with the manager, we spend a full hour discussing multiple topics regarding my experience, architecture and system designs.

Great interview experience! The process followed what is summarized on their blog post as well as in the emails they send when you start the hiring process.
The whole process took about 6 weeks from start to finish, although it can be faster depending on your scheduling preferences,
Overall a really positive experience, speaking with employees from different teams was really enjoyable and their questions were always related to the company values or relevant to the work you could do in the company.
